Addressing youths on Sunday at Nyamakoroto Pentecost church, Pastor Ronald Ogentoto said that it is quite useless for the young generation to engage themselves in demonstrations which do not profit them.

“I would like to advise all youths more so from this area to make use of their time in productive ways, going to streets is not the only way you can say that you are expressing your democratic right, you can engage in development projects which can make your patriotic,” said Ogentoto.

In addition, he said that many youths are not using their talents well, and instead waste their time in the streets during demonstrations.

“Many youths are talented but due to their ignorance, they end up being used by politicians, they have lost their focus but I would like to advise them to avoid the politicians who are misusing them,“ added Ogentoto.

Ogentoto urged them to know their constitutional rights which give them an opportunity to have tenders from county government too.

“The new constitution gives youths a good opportunity of getting tenders, but most of the youths have not used that opportunity, I advise them to stop the demonstrations and  engage in productive activities,” added Ogentoto.
