Former Raila Odinga adviser turned critic Miguna Miguna has told him to stop 'whining' over the alleged State House agreement with President Uhuru on IEBC stand-off.
Miguna, who advised Raila on political affairs during the grand-coalition government, has blamed Raila of ignoring his then 'consistent' advice during the State House meeting on Tuesday.
"TheRT Hon RailaOdinga, I consistently advised you to have important agreements written and signed," wrote Miguna on his Twitter account on Thursday.
This is after Odinga, during a prayer rally to mourn the protesters who were shot during anti-IEBC demos last week, maintained that they had agreed with Uhuru on a framework to resolve the current IEBC quagmire.
"I am ready to swear with the Bible. We agreed that we Cord should come up with a team of five and Jubilee the same," said Raila in Kisumu on Thursday.
"It is, therefore, very dishonest for the President and his Deputy to lie to Kenyans on national television," he added.
A State House statement on Wednesday, however, refuted Raila's claims that they had agreed with Uhuru on such a deal.
Raila has now given Jubilee until Sunday to name its five-member team, failure to which Cord will resume its regular Monday anti-IEBC protests.
