Ainabkoi will use half of its Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to sponsor students pursuing technical courses.

Member of Parliament  William Chepkut said students will be equipped with skills and knowledge to employ themselves."We will sponsor students to undertake masonry, plumbing, and building courses. Why should we import manpower from other countries yet we have ours?" he asked."In the next five years we won't import any labor from foreign countries but we will use our own to construct roads and building and at long last build our economy," he said in Eldoret town, Tuesday. He urged students from his constituency who want to pursue technical courses to contact his office. "I want to urge parents to allow their children pursue technical courses and refrain from the norm that technical education is meant for failures," noted Chepkut.  He revealed that he has tabled a motion in parliament that compel learning institutions to plant trees due to climate change."I want every learning institution in the Country to at least use 10 percent of their farm to plant trees," he added.
