Speaking in his office on Monday, the chairman of the County Public Service Board Joseph Tanui said the training will be on leadership.

"The training which will start at the end of March or the beginning of April will be a three week short course that the six sub county officers will be taught on how to deal with wananchi, how to relate with the governor and other county officials, and how to make their leadership effective. The training will be conducted by a specialist in leadership," he said.

He said after the three weeks training, the sub county administrators will graduate and will be given uniforms where they will be wearing during official functions.

"The sub county administrators will now be working as District Commissioners as it was in the former constitution. They will be representing the governor in official functions," he said.
