Suneka Airstrip renovation has started and the construction is running smoothly.
According to the Kisii County executive for Public Works and Transport, Skitta Ocharo, the contractor is on the ground and the report he submitted to the county goes in line with the work progress in the field.
Speaking during his visit to the construction site, Ochora noted that they are committed to see the airstrip and many other county projects come to a completion on time.
"Am happy to see that the contractor is keeping the construction on track and I would like to urge the rest of the contractors awarded various county projects to make sure that they are on time and keep the deadlines,” said Ocharo.
Ocharo assured all the county residents that the county government will deliver all the promises. He assured residents of equal treatment for they want their county to move a head.
Suneka Airstrip is one of the major county projects that is ongoing and the project has been funded by both National and County governments
