Moi was in Rongai Nakuru where his supporters told him they are ready to back him in the next general election.

The son of retired President Moi was attending the homecoming party of his elder brother Rongai MP Raymond Moi.

After he finished speaking, jubilant supporters told him to ask for 2022 votes.

“Hujaomba kura, omba kura,” his supporters shouted.

Smitten by the move, Gideon broke into laughter.

The senator said he will vie for the top seat in the next election but ‘we give Uhuru time to finish his term first’.
