Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka has ruled out a possibility of National Super Alliance (NASA) going to the Supreme Court over election disputes.

The political guru was speaking in Kakamega during the official launch of Raila Odinga presidential campaign. Musyoka said a first round win is what NASA is going for and President Uhuru Kenyatta should be ready to lose by a margin of 2 million votes and above.

“We will not move to the Supreme Court. We will win in first round with not less than 2M votes. When we talk of 10M voters, stop reminding us about the 45M which is something that we know,” Kalonzo said.

The event saw Kitui gubernatorial aspirant make a public announce of her support for the duo. The Narc party leader is seeking to oust Kalonzo Musyoka’s friend Julius Malombe. She will battle it out with the incumbent and senator David Musila who chose to go independent after claims of being rigged out. He blamed party boss Kalonzo Musyoka for his loss.
