National Super Alliance (NASA) flag bearer Raila Odinga has claimed that one of the Supreme Court judges spent part of the weekend at State House before the delivery of the ruling nullification of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win.

Speaking during a press conference on Friday, Odinga said that one of the judges who issued a dissenting ruling had been invited to State House by President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Though he did not mention the name of the judge,  Raila alleged that the judge spent the whole of Saturday celebrating the dissenting ruling.

 "We challenge Uhuru Kenyatta to deny that one of the dissenting judges spent all Saturday at State House at his invitation, in celebration of the dissenting ruling ahead of its delivery," hesaid.

The two who issued the minority judgement in the ruling are Lady Justice Njoki Ndung'u and Justice Jackton Ojwang'.
