Six Supreme Court Judges will from today retreat to prepare the ruling on presidential petitions challenging President Uhuru Kenyatta's win.

The full hearings were concluded on Thursday.

Chief Justice David Maraga said the court will deliver its verdict on Monday, November 20, 2017.

The petitions were filed by former Kilome MP Harun Mwau, and activists Njonjo Mue and Khelef Khalifa.

Justices Maraga, Philomena Mwilu, Jackton Ojwang, Smokin Wanjala, Njoki Ndung'u and Isaac Lenaola heard the petitions.

Justice Mohammed Ibrahim has been away on account of ill-health since the court begun hearing the petitions.
