The Supreme Court will deliver a judgment on the presidential election petition, Friday, September 1, at 11 am.This is according to the court Registrar, Esther Nyaiyaki.The seven-judge bench will either validate or invalidate President Uhuru Kenyatta's win in the recently concluded August 8 polls.The National Super Alliance (Nasa) principals Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka filed the petition seeking to nullify Uhuru's win.Through their lawyers led by senior counsel James Orengo, they accused the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) for conducting shambolic elections. The electoral body and the president elect, Uhuru Kenyatta have however denied the allegations. The judges led by Chief Justice David Maraga retreated on Tuesday after the court hearings to write their verdicts.
