It is now official that the Supreme Court has fully taken charge of the NASA presidential petition challenging President Uhuru Kenyatta win after the August 8, polls.
The court has urged the politicians, media, and public to stop discussing the petition because it is now before it.
According to the Supreme Court, statements that discuss the case apart from the court may undermine the authority of the institution.
Parties have also been told to adhere to subjudice rule and refrain from prosecuting case merits in any forum other than the court.
