There will be activities today at the Supreme Court as Jubilee, through its lawyers, will be convincing the judges that NASA leaders need to be prosecuted for contempt of court.
The case was filed by Jubilee Party on October 19.
They accused NASA of planning to sabotage the Thursday election and therefore need to be jailed for planning to cause chaos.
After filing, Supreme Court judge Philomena Mwilu served NASA Principal Raila Odinga and his deputy Kalonzo Musyoka with the submissions.
She further directed it to be mentioned on October 27.
Jubilee Party Secretary-General Raphael Tuju is seeking to have the NASA Principals be prosecuted. The sentence is a minimum jail term of six months.
