[Photo/Nation]The Supreme Court is on Monday morning expected to make a major ruling in the ongoing presidential petition proceedings.The petition kicked-off Saturday evening, August 26, with a pre-trial conference.During the conference, NASA leader Raila Odinga’s legal team demanded to be given access to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) servers.The lawyers alleged that the system was manipulated so as to favour President elect Uhuru Kenyatta in the recently concluded August 8 polls.The court was supposed to rule on Nasa's application, Sunday. The judges however noted they had not completed the application and therefore woud deliver their ruling, Monday morning before the hearing starts at 9.00 am."The court was unable to complete one application and said it will make a ruling on Monday morning before the hearing," said Maraga, Sunday evening.The petitioners have vowed to show the world how the systems were hacked to produce 'computer generated leaders'.
