NASA Chief executive Norman Magaya says the planned swearing-in of Raila Odinga is 'perfectly' anchored in the law.

Magaya, who's attempts to be elected to East African Assembly were rejected by MPs further says the January 30 ceremony will not be cancelled.

"Whoever thinks that we shall cancel is living in dreams. I want to assure you that the swearing'in plan is perfectly anchored in the law," he wrote in ODM Youth League WhatsApp group.

Despite pressure from the Church and international community, a defiant Raila maintains that he shall take oath no matter calls to cancel his plans.

And Magaya says the Supreme Court did not nullify August presidential elections rather, it invalidated President Uhuru Kenyatta's victory.

"The court did not nullify August elections. It only declared Uhuru's victory null and vod due to illegalities committed.

"As NASA, we have obtained correct data from servers and that is what we shall use to declare Raila the winner," he said.

During the Supreme Court August case, IEBC  failed to allow both parties access to servers, a move which NASA insist is 'outright court contempt and confirmation of their victory'.
