In a notice issued by the Judiciary registrar Anne Amadi, the conference will begin off at 10 and is expected to take the better part of the day.
This is after the CJ on September 1 while issuing the ruling on President Uhuru Kenyatta win annulment after the Nasa alliance challenged his election on August 8 poll.
They had argued of massive irregularities during the election where Uhuru was announced as the winner has garnered over 8.2 million votes against Raila's 6 million.
Accompanied by other Nasa leaders, Raila had presented a petition with over 20,000 pages long and contains all the evidence gathered.
