The prime suspect in the brutal murder of three Kapsoya MCA aspirant children was on Tuesday arraigned before an Eldoret High Court, facing three counts of murder.
The suspect, Enock Onsase, appearing before Justice George Kimondo, however did not take plea.
According to the prosecution, Mr Onsase killed the three children on May 13 at Moisbridge area.
Justice Kimondo ordered that the suspect be detained at the Eldoret GK prison awaiting to take a plea on July 14.
He also directed the Deputy Registrar of the Eldoret High Court to seek for the suspect's lawyer.
"I hereby defer taking of the plea in this case to June 14, 2017 and direct that the suspect be detailed at the Eldoret GK prison," ordered Justice Kimondo.
Earlier the suspect appeared before an Eldoret law court where initial abduction charges were withdrawn paving way for his prosecution at the High Court.
