Three suspects arrested over the murder of a Dutchman have been arraigned in a Mombasa Law Court.

The three, John Ochieng, Joseph Ogolla and Stephen Ocholla are accused of killing Jacobus Van Der Goes and dumping his body in a septic tank in his Nyali home.

Lady Justice Njoki Mwangi on Friday ordered the three to undergo psychiatric tests before the commencement of the case.

John Ochieng is currently serving a two-year jail term at Shimo La Tewa prison after he was found guilty of using the deceased ATM card to withdraw money from Equity Bank in Mombasa and Kericho.

The case will be heard on July 11 when the trio is expected to take a plea.
