Three people accused of shooting the driver to Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu will be arraigned at the Kibera law court this morning.
Eric Njuguna, John Mwaura and James Wachira will face a charge or robbery with violence.
They are aged 28, 21 and 26 respectively.
The three were arrested at Ruiru area on November 17.
During the arrest, police also recovered a gun stolen from the driver during the attack that happened along Ngong Road.
They shot Constable Titus Musyoka three times near Marsabit Plaza during the attack on October 24 and stole his gun.
The suspects will also face murder charges after they were linked to other criminal incidents in Kiambu.
