[Photo/nation.co.ke]Two men suspected of killing Dr. Stephen Nzuve, a University of Nairobi lecturer, have been charged in a court of law.Dominic Mutua and Stephen Irungu were arraigned in a court of law with Kangundo Senior Principal Magistrate Desderious Orimba finding that the two suspects had a case to answer after scrutiny of the evidence adduced.The charges facing the two suspects include murder which is according to Kenya's law a capital offence.Two other suspects in the don's murder were set free over lack of sufficient evidence.Magistrate Orimba said that the case would proceed in February.
