Kesses constituency parliamentary aspirant Swarup Mishra Kiprop of an Indian origin, has been announced the winner of Jubilee primaries.
Presiding officer Fredrick Serem Mishra, announved Mishra garnered 23,314 votes against his close competitor, Uasin Gishu County Assembly speaker Isaac Terer who got 5,621 votes.
Allan Kosgey managed to gather 4,382 votes, while the incumbent MP James Bett got 2,383 votes.
Serem said the exercise was not marred by any irregularities.
"The process was conducted peacefully, and in a free and fair manner," he said after announcing the results at Cheptiret, Tuesday.
