Parents and guardians of disabled children have been urged to take them to school.

Naivasha MP Jayne Kihara on Saturday, while speaking in Naivasha town after she presented gifts to those living with disabilities, said some of the disabled children have unique qualities and should be taken to school to get education for the better of their future. The MP said it is only at schools where talents of the disabled children will be nurtured. She asked parents to stop hiding their children at homes instead expose then to get assistance from the government and NGOs. "Hiding these children in houses does not help parents or the disabled children.
