"Youths in Nakuru county now have no reason to cry unemployment," Grace Kiget of Kuresoi South Youth Fund Entreprise says.

Speaking on Friday 13th October at the Nakuru Kenya National Library Services Nakuru branch, the American Corner. Grace advised youths in attendance  to make use of the funds availed by the government to persons between aged 18-30yrs.

"Form groups of at least five individuals, obtain a certificate, open a bank account and keep record of minutes, these will sail you to realizing your business ideas," said Grace.

At the same time Grace cautioned against failing to act responsible, adding that aspects of irresponsibility has locked out some youth from accessing the Youth fund.

According to her, a group of at least five with realistic and achievable business ideas could get loans ranging between Sh50,000 to Sh100,000. 

This, backed with proven record of sustainability, could attract more loans in future ammounting to Sh2,000,000.

The loans are charged low interest rates between 5-8% depending on the loan product.

Some of the Youth fund loans are listed as Group loans, Rusha special, Vuka, and Talanta all targeting different level of business ideas among the youth.
