(Photo/Cyprian Muthoka/hivisasa.com)Tala Member of County Assembly Alex Kamitu has warned bandits that they will be caught and sentenced for life if arrested.This follows the rapid increase in crime within Tala that saw a couple operating business in the town shot by bandits last week.Kamitu who was speaking after visiting the injured couple at hospital said that police in Tala will from Monday begin patrol from 8:00pm until dawn.Residents within Tala have been living in fear bearing in mind that bandits who attack residents have deadly weapons."I would not resist fighting for the rights of my people as a Member of County Assembly. Security is vital in development of a community. I will deploy police in every corner of this town to ensure all residents are secure from bandits," said Kamitu.Kamitu reiterated his willingness to work with police in collaboration with the Machakos County government in a move geared to ensuring law and order is maintained.
