Fond of boarding DP William Ruto's helicopter in weekends, Osoro reportedly received messages inquiring his whereabouts after the aircraft went missing with 10 people on board.

"Hey guys! I am okay and I was not in the chopper today. The calls and texts are overwhelming and thanks for your concerns though.

"I am eating Ugali and Sukuma Wiki in Nairobi and I wasn't anywhere to Kitale today. We always move aimlessly (Tanga Tanga) on weekends," he wrote.

The remarks which President Uhuru Kenyatta had used in reference to DP Ruto have been positively picked by the latter's camp as 2022 campaign slogan.

For the better part of Tuesday evening, research and rescue mission intensified after the aircraft went missing.

The MP has been widely criticised for mocking the 'dead' with a section of his constituents demanding for public apology.

"This is funny that a whole MP can come online and mock people whose whereabouts is yet to be known. He should be shameful of such acts," said Victor Oboso on Facebook.
