Hundreds of teachers from Kisii Central ward have missed their house allowances for more than a year.
Union boss Albert Ondimu further accused the Teachers Service Commission of bias in the payments.
He said numerous queries to the TSC to fast-track the payments have hit a dead end.
He said they have grown weary waiting for the dues and urged commission to urgently address it.
He also raised concern on over plans by the Commission to have some school activities like drama and sports pushed to weekends.
The circular also directed that extracurricular activities requiring the involvement of teachers should be scheduled for weekends and holidays, not week days.
