Kylian Mbappe made history after the netting the much-needed goal that saw France top Group C in a thrilling match against Peru. The French men’s star shone even brighter at the Ekaterinburg Arena on Thursday after they bagged three more points.
Mbappe, 19, became the first youngest player to score for France at a major international tournament.
The Peru side, under Coach Ricardo Gareca, is yet to score a single goal in the world following the first loss of 1-0 to Denmark, which was held to a 1-1 draw by Australia.

On the other side of Russia, Argentina’s hope of progressing hangs in balance after they were massacred 3: 0 by Croatia. Lionel Messi failed to score for the second time.
