PNU vice chairman Sheikh Juma Ngao criticized Munya, the PNU party leader for showing poor leadership skills.

"Munya should learn to be steadfast. It is wrong and a disrespect to himself to keep shifting goal posts. He should tell Kenyans what he was offered at State House," Ngao said.

He noted that the former Council of governors chair should have made consultations with fellow party members before making the moves.

"Who did he consult when he went to NASA and who did he consult when he went to Jubilee? We as NEC members in the party were not consulted", he said.

On Monday last week Munya vowed to support NASA's presidential candidate Raila Odinga, but on Tuesday he made a u-turn and announced support for Uhuru.

"It has been agreed that in the interest of the country we support Uhuru. We therefore urge our members to campaign and support Uhuru", Munya said.
