Tenants in Runda estate in Lela were surprised after one of the tenants opted to move out of the residential place after accusing a neighbour of playing music loudly.
The tenant who left the estate claimed a young man who moved to the plot recently played music loudly.
Peter Kileti, the tenant moving away also claimed the young man whose identity cannot be revealed brought girls to his room from where they made love all night. He claimed the girls screamed as they made love.
“I cannot get peaceful nights since this man shifted here. I talked to the young man but the same behavior keeps recurring. I don’t know if this is a disease or mere ignorance. My previous neighbours had respect and I regret their moving out,” said Kileti
The new tenant according to Mr Kileti is a student pursuing a Masters Degree at Maseno University.
The two houses occupied by the two are divided by a plywood.
The landlord declined to comment on the matter.
