The Wiper deputy party leader has against Raila Odinga's oath-taking which place on January 30 at Uhuru park.Though his party leader and NASA co-principal Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka have maintained the coalition is intact, everything seems not well.

Maalim took on his twitter account to allege that Odinga's swearing-in didn't change anything political wise.

" I never said let's move on. I opposed the swearing in of Raila and I still do. I had called for national dialogue. Failing which engage in peaceful mass action till total electoral justice up to immediate free elections is achieved. Let's be honest. What has the swearing-in changed?," Maalim's tweet read.

Maalim spoke after he lost in a petition seeking nullification of Hon Aden Duale wins in Garissa Township constituency.

Orange Democratic movement party has disclosed that it has written to Wiper leadership seeking certain clarifications over Maalim utterances.The party took on twitter to reveal their action.
