A Seventh Day Adventist pastor attached to Nyamira Conference Headquarters offices has gone missing under mysterious circumstances for the twelfth day now.
Nicholas Kibagendi, a resident of Nyansiongo ward-Rionsune village went missing on a Thursday, almost a fortnight ago and the family can no longer account for him.
During the fateful day, Kibagendi is said to have left his ancestral home while talking on phone in morning hours towards the nearby highway and has never come back.
“He left home on a Thursday morning while talking to someone on phone. He continued talking as he left towards the main road,” said Mrs. Jennifer Kibagendi, wife to the missing Man of God.
Ms. Kibagendi added: “He then followed Rionsune Primary School road and we have not seen or heard from him anywhere.”
Mrs. Kibagendi took to various social media platforms to make the announcement, an incident that has puzzled many residents.
Legally, a person is declared missing after going without being located for at least two weeks.
