The school head Elvis Omboga said he was perplexed with the impromptu notice and pleaded with the Ministry of education to intervene and settle the crisis since the school is said to have acquired a title deed.

He said the situation my affect the psychology of the students since the playground has been an integral part of the development.

“We have been served to evacuate from part of the playground by a man who claims that the portion belongs to his family. It has caught us by surprise and that is why my pupils are too worried,” Omboga said.

“I would like to ask the Ministry to intervene urgently and help us handle the issue. The man claims to be having a title deed and the institution too has one. What is difficult though for us is ability to hire a lawyer to represent us in court,” he said.

However, the man on the epicentre of the whole saga Alex Oiko told Hivisasa.com that the institution was given enough time to move to their compound but has failed to comply with the request.

“I have nothing to regret about. They either move or they face me in court. The land belongs to my family and time has come for us to develop it,” he said.
