Resident Magistrate Felix Kombo also barred the accused, Robert Mungai alias Robert Mohamed Blues from travelling outside Nakuru County and also be reporting at CID offices once a week.

The accused had been charged with posting terror messages via his Facebook account in April 4 this year at an unknown location in the country.

The Prosecution Desk told the Court that the accused posted the terror messages saying that the Al-Shabaab terror attacks at Garissa University College was nothing compared to what was going to happen at Egerton University.

The accused has since denied all the charges and denied that he was an Egerton University student. The case is scheduled for next hearing in June 15 this year.
