Bars and alcohol joints are loved by many, especially liquor lovers. However, there is also a good portion of people who dislike this places probably because of their dislike for the product which many views as misleading and unholy.

Despite being initially associated with men, ladies have also chipped in and have become regular faces in these joints.

Here are the 4 types of women you will find in Kenyan bars.

Party animals.

They venture into the premises in groups to either celebrate one of their own's birthday or an achievement. On most occasions they are the younger generation who still believes that alcohol must be a part of successful happy event.

Some end up leaving the premises walking on fours and puking all over thanks to the high brew intake but on almost every occasion have  male colleagues who will guide them home when they are too drunk to take themselves there and remind them what happened the next day when they wake up with a blank mind and an aching head.

Hawk eyed sweeties

These are ladies whose main motive is to point out possibly rich or decent men who have dropped by at the joint to grab a drink before proceeding home. They will then properly calculate their moves, get closer, befriend them and finally start drawing the benefits.

On most occasions the man,if not careful enough ends up being the prey and the lady presides over his over drinking and ends up robbed only to come back to his senses later to the bitter reality that his several one thousand shilling notes are no longer there.

Hookers

The bars are their work stations where they prey on possible customers. The customers however end up paying for everything including the drink they (the ladies) were enjoying before the man came and stop being customer but a sponsor.

The man will also take care of the remaining part of the story should the deal be accepted by both sides.

Stressed mamas

They are married ladies who's unions with their hubbies are nothing but a headache and are in the joint to chase away some of their problems by losing themselves into the liquor.

They mostly don’t depend on anyone to fund their intoxication and at the same don’t drink to the point of being drunk but leave the premises only tipsy. The sad part is that they will again visit the joint the next day raising their chances of ending up into addicted drunkards.

Bartenders

Very few Kenyan bars have male bartenders,a question whose solution only the bar owners have.

They are in charge of taking orders, serving and collecting the payment and are ussualy pretty probably to attract more customers.

They are always friendly but this can turn for the worst should a row erupt due to bill issues.

Now you know.
