Mandera Senator Billow Kerrow has urged the IEBC to ensure free, fair and credible general election on Tuesday next week.

Kerrow says that Kenyans are looking on IEBC to deliver credible general election.

The senator asked the Wafula Chebukati led commission to ensure its systems are well tested and set for the election on Tuesday.

“Our hopes as a country are now in IEBC for it to deliver credible general election," Kerrow said as equated by the People Daily.

Kerrow asked the Wafula chebukati commission not to be intimidated by politicians and do its work as provided for in the constitution.

The Mandera senator also asked the electoral commission to conduct intensive vote campaigns in the remaining days before the Tuesday polls.

He said that Kenyans have a right to be educated and sensitized one election process.

Kerrow warned of voter apathy if the electoral commission does not conduct intensive voter education.
