Opposition flagbearer Raila Odinga and his NASA team are set to raise at least Sh1 billion by end of next week at a fundraising to get presidential campaign monies.
Those at the platinum high table will feast with Raila after parting with Sh10 million per plate.
Gold donors will be expected to pay Sh5 million for a plate while silver donors will give Sh3 million.
They will however sit further away.
The tycoons-only dinner will mirror the recent banquet by President Uhuru Kenyatta where friends raised Sh500 million in just two hours last Friday.
NASA's number of guests has not been disclosed.
The event is also set to host politicians from the 47 counties as well as business moguls, private sector players and civil society figures.
“We will not be receiving cash. Those attending will be expected to come only with bank payment slips as proof of payment,” said a source.
