The Independent candidate who was among the post-presidential debate analysts, said all the candidates that declined to honour the invitation, by the Debates Media Ltd, showed they did not need to be elected.
Three candidates, arrived at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Nairobi, for the presidential debate at the set 5 pm time.
Ekuru Aukot of the Thirdway Alliance, and Independent Candidates Michael Wainaina and Japhet Kavinga arrived for the first session of the highly anticipated debate.
Cyrus Jirongo and Joe Nyagah failed to show up, for the first session.
The first session was supposed to incorporate six candidates, but Mohammad Abduba Dida of the Alliance for Real Change, opted out, and failed to show up.
Dida who is a second time presidential aspirant, cited alleged bias and inequality among the candidates, by organisers.
"Anyone who did not not show up for the debate, clearly did not want to tell Kenyans what they will do for them if elected. If you apply for a job, you should be ready for an interview. This three should not even be voted for," Miguna said. The second session which was to include Raila Odinga of NASA and Uhuru Kenyatta of Jubilee Party, kicked off from 8:30 pm, after Uhuru failed to show up as well.
'If someone does not show up for a job interview, they should be shut out and should not be hired,'' Miguna added.
Kenyans have since reacted harshly against Uhuru, and hailed Odinga, for respecting their will.
