Users of the Outer Ring Road especially pedestrians, have been exposed to a great danger and this is due to the absence of footbridges on the superhighway like road.

Pedestrians find it hard crossing to the opposite side of the road. Most of them opts to jump over the guardrail separating the two ways and timing the speeding motors. 

Residents spotted on the stretch between Donholm and Taj Mall risked their lives to cross the highway in all manner of ways. 

The government therefore owes residents served by the Outer Ring Road footbridges to facilitate smooth and safety movement along and across the busy way.
