Attorney General Githu Muigai has termed illegal the planned swearing-in of NASA leader Raila Odinga.

He said that those who go ahead with the 'illegal' scheme would be committing an offence. 

"Any attempt to establish a government otherwise than in the compliance with this constitution is unlawful," says Subsection 2.​

"The law as clear as day and night," Muigai said.

Anyone violating it, Muigai added, will be committing an offence punishable by the law.
