Late on Monday night, four petitioners moved to the Supreme court to challenge the declaration of president Uhuru Kenyatta victory in the October 26 repeat polls.
However, one petition filed by George Bush and John Chengo was dismissed.
This means that only three petitions sailed through. One was filed by former Kilome MP Harun Mwau and the second one by Njonjo Mue and Khelef Khalifa.
The third petition was filed by Institute of Democratic governance which seeks to have Raila Odinga and company held liable for the violence and damages during the period towards the repeat polls.
