Forming the biggest portion of its rising number is the youth, who vary in terms of both behavior and social class.

Here are some of the types of youths you will meet in Nakuru.

1. Ballers

These are the Milimani and Section 58 cool-kids who roam the streets of Nax Vegas aboard top-less Toyota Celicas maintained and fueled by someone somewhere.

Apparently hailing from rich families, they roll in groups and spend most of their time in some of the town's shopping complexes enjoying themselves in the many Play Station and gaming dens.

The other portion of their money is spent on tattoos and fancy clothing.

2. Hustlers and sufferers

These are our brothers and sisters who have to toil to survive in the lakeside town.

Not necessarily poor, they on most occasions have to shelve leisure and ignore the sweet early morning sleep to at least guarantee themselves of the same in the future.

They are also hardworking as they only have themselves to depend on.

3. Hunters and gatherers

Mostly the male, they are always out there hunting for the opposite sex.

These are the ones who would rather sleep on an empty stomach just to save for that pair of Timberland boots and a baseball cap to be more appealing to ladies.

Consequently, they are never late for parties and events with the same mission.
