[Photo|Raila Odinga]NASA affiliate party, the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has warned that there will be no fresh presidential election, if NASA's demands are not met.The alliance is demanding that a section of IEBC secretariat led by CEO Ezra Chiloba, be sacked, on grounds that they failed to ensure credible polls in the August 8 election.Immediately after IEBC declared October 17, as the date for the fresh presidential election, ODM said election would only be held once Chiloba's team is dismissed and prosecuted."Let it go on record that no fresh presidential election will be held in Kenya before responsible election theft culprits led by Chiloba are dismissed and prosecuted and a complete audit of the IEBC servers is done by ICT team of experts to expunge hackers from the system. Otherwise, NASA is more than ready even if the election were to be called tomorrow," ODM said in a short update, Monday evening. All this emanated after NASA successfully petitioned the August presidential election, saying it was a sham. Supreme Court ordered for a fresh poll, in 60 days, starting September 1.
