Speaking to NTV on Monday, the former Lagdera MP opined that having been overruled by the Supreme court, the Wafula Chebukati-led commission ought to resign and give way to a new team.
"Anywhere in the world, if a body conducts elections and they are nullified, the dignified thing to do is to step aside", he said.
He added that majority of Kenyans were increasingly losing trust in the poll body owing to the differences that have been witnessed in the poll body.
The Wiper Democratic Movement (WDM) deputy party leader seems to be reading from a different script than that of his Nasa coalition which wants some of the commissioners led by CEO Ezra Chiloba to exit.
