A farmer accused of stealing two sufurias from his neighbour will serve four years in jail after a Nanyuki Court found him guilty of the offence on Friday.

According to Nanyuki senior  resident magistrate Evans Ngigi, the accused Mr Francis Mugambi Kibiki, 33, stole the said items valued at Sh1,600 each.

Kibiki also faced another count of forcefully breaking into the house that hosted the two cooking items.

The prosecution through a charge sheet said that on June, 22, 2015 the accused broke into the house of Mary Akinyi in Likii village where he allegedly committed the said crimes.
