Speaking in Kwale county on Friday 23, the leader has said that the small disagreement will be solved very soon.

'People are fabricating lies that there are internal wrangles within the coalition,i want to ensure you that there are no and there will be no wrangles or misunderstandings in Cord,'' he said.

The supposed disagreement hit the spotlight in the past week with Ford-Kenya through its deputy Party leader saying that each of the member parties must be allowed to fill candidates for every position apart from the President and Nairobi governor.

The Orange party and Wiper on the other hand are of the opinion that a joint nomination would be the best way and the coalition should field one candidate for every post after consultation.

However according to the former premier all will be solved very soon and there is no need for their supporters to panic.

He was in the area to consolidate support for his party which in the near past has seen a number of leaders decamp to the recently launched Jubilee party.
