Opposition leaders have said that they will not resort to street demos to protest the newly signed election laws by Jubilee.
Speaking to their supporters who had converged at the Bomas of Kenya on Wednesday, the leaders declared that they are geared towards forming a united opposition to kick Jubilee from power and that they would not go ahead with the planned protests.
“Our mass action will now become mass voter registration. We ask our supporters to go out and register,” he said.
ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi said that they will hold resort to protests after the exercise of voter registration.
“After the voter registration, we will go back to the streets against these (election) laws," he said.
