National Super Alliance (NASA) co-principal Moses Wetang'ula has come out to explain the conditions under which the Opposition can accept defeat.
Speaking after he cast his vote at the Makhele Primary School polling station, Wetang'ula said that the Opposition will only accept results of defeat on condition that if they are free, fair and credible.
He insisted that NASA will not accept any result where they feel there were cases of irregularity.
"We want nothing short of a win and we will not accept results if we feel the process was not properly conducted and we will move to court with immediate effect to ensure that we have a proper election," he said.
Wetang'ula is also contesting for the Bungoma senate seat under his Ford Kenya party.
