Raila Odinga, has said that President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee Party leaders, are well of, when they are in jail, especially after the 'bangled' August 8 polls.

Citing a leaked internal memo from the IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati to the CEO Ezra Chiloba, demanding answer as to why the election failed, Raila said the memo vindicated his National Super Alliance (Nasa's) claims that the election was rigged in favour of Uhuru.

Raila alleged that Uhuru and his deputy William Ruto rigged the election, a move that saw them declared winners, unlawfully by the IEBC, on August 11.

"Shame on you.. you should not be standing in front of people and chest-thumping that you won the elections. You (Uhuru) and William Ruto are a big shame. You did not win," said Raila, Thursday.

Addressing the press over the leaked IEBC memo at the Okoa Kenya Offices in Lavington, Nairobi, he noted that Nasa would have conceded defeat, if Jubilee had worn fairly.

"The password of one Mr (Davis) Chirchir, the chief agent of President Uhuru Kenyatta was also posting results in the IEBC server himself. So Jubilee can not tell us about what happened with the election. They know what happened with the election. What happened here is so criminal. That's why we are saying that Jubilee people actually belong to jail," he said.

"This are not people you eve want to compete with. They are not fair competitors. They just want to still, the right of the people of Kenya,"  added the Nasa presidential candidate.

A next fresh poll between Uhuru and Raila is slated for October 17.
