[Photo/nation.co.ke]Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has claimed that there is a plot to arrest him.According to Owino, he has been informed that there are plans to frame him and arrest him in connection with drugs and firearms."I have just been informed of plans to frame and arrest me in relation to drugs and firearms which were seized at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport last night," the ODM legislator posted on Facebook, Friday.The first time MP had earlier arrested and accused of insulting President Uhuru Kenyatta during a past NASA rally in Nairobi.He was again rearrested for allegedly assaulting a voter during the August 8 General Election.
