The Devki Group of Companies CEO Narenda Naval has announced the reduction of prices in the products the companies produce among them steel nails, roofing nails, cement among other products.
Speaking in Thika Company when he hosted the Industrialization Cabinet Secretary Adan Mohammed, Naval said that the reduction in prices of electricity and petroleum has forced them reduce the prices.
He added that the other companies dealing with edible products like BIDCO have set the pace for them and they feel it’s the best idea to serve their clients with a reduced price so as to motivate them purchase from them more.
He stated that Thika is an industrial town and the investors in the area should consider sharing their profits with the public as they are the reason they are still in the business and they have been struggling with them despite the high prices that he says have been caused by the increased prices of raw materials.
“Let’s share what we get with the public as they are the stakeholders in this sector. We are fighting to build Thika and other towns so that the business maybe heightened by the economic growth,” Naval said.
The CS hailed the industries in Thika saying that they have set their premises strategically and have the best services making it easier for the public to access their services and that they will help grow the industrial sector.
