Thika Road is a no go zone currently from RoySambu to Zimmerman after Matatu operators blocked the Kamiti road.

The operators are demanding for the construction of the road's base and the drainage system which they say is poor.

The protest has led a huge traffic along Kamiti road since the road has been blocked following the protest.

Most Kenyans on twitter, through the twitter, handle Ma3Route are condemning the lack of a good base for the  road as the major cause of accidents on the road.

A bad accident has also been reported at Roysambu towards Githurai, involving a Salon car and a Prado making the traffic on the road heavier.
